We're looking for a highly skilled Residential HVAC Installer with 5+ years of installation experience who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, and mini-split systems.
- Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment safely and efficiently.
- Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, drain lines, electrical disconnects, thermostats, and ventilation components.
- Perform start-up, testing, charging, and system commissioning to manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure all installations meet local building codes and company quality standards.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and make adjustments as needed.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, explaining system operation and answering questions.
- Complete installation paperwork and job documentation accurately using company software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work closely with installation managers, warehouse staff, and dispatch to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices
- Ability to install complete HVAC systems with minimal supervision
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read blueprints, installation layouts, and wiring diagrams
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work safely in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- NATE Certification (preferred but not required)
- EPA (preferred but not required)
- Experience installing variable-speed, communicating, and high-efficiency HVAC systems
- Knowledge of airflow balancing and duct design
- Experience with smart thermostats and zoning systems
- Experience with permits and code compliance
