RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Design and implement effective recruiting/interviewing strategies
- Onboard new employees ensuring compliance to screening/policy needs
- Act as a point of contact and deliver on client needs
- Manage team of recruiters and onsite support
- Oversee management of HR duties (payroll, injuries, incidents, etc)
REQUIRED SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets and text documents
- Passion for superior internal and external customer service
- Ability to multitask
- Strong sense of urgency
- Friendly and outgoing personality
