Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Duties
- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and training new team members to ensure high standards of service
- Manage shift operations efficiently, including seating arrangements, and customer flow to maximize guest satisfaction and operational productivity
- Oversee food preparation and presentation in collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure quality standards are met consistently
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as TOAST POS including cash handling and reconciliation at shift end
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability
- Enforce food safety protocols and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment
- Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training & development initiatives to foster a motivated and skilled team
- Analyze profit and loss reports regularly to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction strategies
- Coordinate catering, banquet events, or special functions as needed to enhance the restaurant’s offerings
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving guest concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with a strong background in food preparation and food handling
- Extensive knowledge of POS systems such as TOAST POS proficient in cash handling and transaction processing
- Demonstrated supervising experience with team management, staff training, interviewing skills, and leadership capabilities
- Strong understanding of food safety management practices and food production processes within the food industry
- Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction
- Ability to manage hospitality teams across multiple shifts while maintaining high service standards
- Experience with inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food management strategies
- Familiarity with catering services, banquet operations, bar experience.
