Penguin Pottery conscientiously manufactures pottery supplies in Wilder, Vermont. We're looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our production team.

About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you'll help us make the supplies that potters love — mixing glazes, assembling tools, packing orders, and keeping our workspace running smoothly. If you're dependable, enjoy working with your hands, work well with others, and are willing to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
**No experience needed** although prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. What matters most is that you be dependable, communicate respectfully, and don't mind getting your hands dirty. We keep our team small, and everyone here treats each other well.
Our busiest stretch runs September through June, so that is when the most shifts are available.
What We Offer
- The hourly rate is posted with each shift
- Paid time off: accrued in proportion to the hours you actually work (our full-time rate is 80 hours per year, prorated)

What We Expect

- Basic computer skills
- Able to get to our Wilder, VT facility reliably
- Must be at least 18 years old
