Compensation
Compensation is paid on a per-visit basis (not hourly).
Physical Therapists (PT):
- $80-$125 per visit
- Compensation varies based on visit type, experience, and weekly volume.
Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA):
- $50-$60 per visit
- Compensation varies based on experience and weekly volume.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled one-on-one physical therapy services in patients' homes.
- Evaluate (PT) or treat (PT/PTA) patients according to the established plan of care.
- Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare providers.
- Educate patients and caregivers on mobility, fall prevention, safety, and home exercise programs.
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.
QualificationsRequired
- Active Arizona Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant license.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- CPR / BLS / Liability Insurance
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while providing exceptional patient care.
Preferred
- Home health experience is preferred but not required.
- We welcome clinicians transitioning from outpatient, sports medicine, orthopedic, or other physical therapy settings.
- Training and onboarding for our EMR system are provided.
PTA Applicants: Must meet Medicare home health eligibility requirements, including the required clinical experience for independent home health practice.
