Join Prime Path ABA and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism while working alongside an experienced and supportive clinical team.
We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings throughout Pueblo West, CO.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- No evenings or weekends
Pay
- $27.00 – $33.00 per hour
- Based on experience and certification
- $250 Sign-On Bonus
What You'll Do
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
- Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect accurate session data using electronic data collection systems.
- Teach communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills.
- Reduce challenging behaviors using evidence-based ABA strategies.
- Maintain professional communication with families and supervisors.
- Follow all HIPAA, BACB, and company ethical guidelines.
- Attend supervision meetings and ongoing training.
QualificationsRequired
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR Certification
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and actively engage with children on the floor
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred
- Experience providing ABA therapy
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Familiarity with CentralReach or electronic data collection
