Duties

- Conduct scientific research related to teaching methodologies and mathematics education to improve instructional practices.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and faculty regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Dissect complex mathematical problems into manageable parts for better understanding by students.
- Collaborate with other educators to create interdisciplinary projects that incorporate mathematics into other subjects.
- Maintain an organized classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration of mathematical ideas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Education with a focus on Mathematics; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience in teaching mathematics at the middle or high school level.
- Strong research skills with the ability to integrate findings into teaching practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students and parents.
- Familiarity with resources that can enhance the learning experience for students.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
