We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant with 3–5 years of experience who is:

Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting during dental procedures
- Taking and processing dental X-rays
- Preparing and sterilizing instruments and operatories
- Ensuring patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Assisting with patient flow and scheduling as needed
- Following all infection control and safety protocols
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on dental assisting experience in a clinical setting
- X-ray certification required (must be current and compliant with Arizona regulations)
- Strong understanding of general dentistry procedures, instruments, and workflows
- Ability to efficiently assist in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and team members
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) preferred
- Commitment to maintaining strict infection control and sterilization protocols
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the practice long-term
