Job Summary

Duties
- Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems accurately to process transactions efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform basic math calculations with precision
- Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Restock bar supplies, clean glassware, and assist with food presentation as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Support bartenders by serving beverages promptly and assisting with setup for events or banquets
- Assist in catering and banquet setups to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is highly preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours
- Experience in food service, retail math, or hospitality environments is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales transactions
- Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
