We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Maintenance Mechanic or CNC Technician to join our manufacturing team as an Operations Specialist. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and precision measuring instruments.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track work orders, maintenance history, and inventory management.
- Conduct electrical diagnostics and repairs involving high voltage and low voltage systems while adhering to safety standards.
- Repair and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial controls, HVAC/R systems, and other automation equipment.
- Use welding techniques such as stick welding to fabricate or repair metal components as needed.
- Assist in field service activities by providing technical support on-site for equipment troubleshooting and repair.
- Read electrical schematics and blueprints accurately to diagnose issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols related to electrical maintenance, high voltage handling, and equipment operation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing equipment performance data and recommending upgrades or modifications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an industrial manufacturing facility with a strong background in mechanical maintenance and electrical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems, scissor lifts, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electrician tasks.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and electrical diagrams accurately.
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and calipers.
- Proficiency in welding techniques including stick welding; experience with fabrication is a plus.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial controls, and engineering troubleshooting methods.
- Strong analysis skills for diagnosing complex equipment issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration.
- Valid certifications for HVAC/R systems; experience operating scissor lifts; ability to perform electrical diagnostics on high voltage systems is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform field service tasks with customer service orientation when interacting with internal teams or external clients.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
