Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensure all work complies with construction regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating construction schedule timelines with all teams.
- Manage project budgets meticulously, utilizing HeavyBid or equivalent estimating tools to control costs and optimize resource allocation.
- Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate construction activities on-site by managing teams in a construction management role, ensuring safety protocols and regulatory requirements are met.
- Monitor progress through regular site inspections, Civil 3D modeling reviews, and construction schedule updates; address any delays or issues proactively.
- Facilitate communication among clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow and timely resolution of challenges.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), progress reports, and regulatory permits.
- Lead project meetings to review milestones, address concerns, and adjust plans as needed for successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of construction management principles.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Bluebeam, ProCore, Construction scheduling tools, and other construction management software.
- Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques using HeavyBid or similar tools; ability to develop accurate cost projections.
- Strong civil engineering background with experience reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans; familiarity with Civil 3D is a plus.
- Hands-on construction site experience demonstrating safety compliance and effective team management in a heavy civil or commercial setting.
- Excellent skills in project scheduling coordination, contract management, cost control, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills for clear stakeholder engagement across diverse groups involved in large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards (OSHA), environmental regulations, and industry best practices in construction management.

Pay: $93,052.21 - $112,062.88 per year
