What You’ll Do as a Team Leader
- Support and supervise daily restaurant operations to drive excellent performance
- Lead by example and inspire team members through positive role modeling
- Create a fun, friendly, clean, and safe environment for guests and employees
- Maintain a strong focus on food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Thrive in a high-energy setting where priorities can shift quickly
What We’re Looking For
- At least 12 months of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to lift and carry 10–65 lbs.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including afternoons, evenings, and future late-night shifts
