Position Summary:
Loads parts, unloads parts, production tracking, labeling, moving of product onto appropriate racks, maintains production requirements during shift and completes daily tasks as required by supervision.
Responsibilities:
· Unpacks/Packs and visually inspects incoming/outgoing parts
· Separates defective parts from acceptable parts and completes any required documentation
· Labels product per requirements
· Tracks incoming defects by category – totals and reports at end of shift
· Assists supervisor in troubleshooting and problem solving on line as needed
· Participates on Cross functional team as assigned
· Responsible for housekeeping in and around line area
· Quality Policy Awareness
· IATF Awareness
Must be reliable and have excellent attendance.
