Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to understand their wireless needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Demonstrate products and features to showcase benefits and facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Operate cash registers accurately, handling retail sales transactions, cash handling, and balancing cash drawers at shift end
- Upsell additional products, accessories, or plans to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales goals
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented and replenished regularly
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Assist with store merchandising efforts to create attractive product displays that drive interest and sales
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse customers
- Previous retail sales experience or familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is preferred
- Supervising experience is a plus for candidates interested in growth opportunities within the team
- Strong phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries professionally over the phone
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions, discounts, and inventory management
- Knowledge of retail store product offerings, merchandising techniques, and basic math skills for daily operations
- Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly attitude to build rapport with customers and team members
