Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and dependable Rakers and Asphalt Laborers to join our dynamic paving team. Duties
- Assist with the preparation of asphalt surfaces by raking, leveling, and spreading materials to ensure proper thickness and smoothness
- Support paving operations by maintaining consistent flow of asphalt materials and ensuring proper compaction and finishing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while upholding quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous construction site experience preferred, especially in paving or asphalt work
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality
- Basic understanding of construction safety regulations and procedures
