We’re looking for a serious kitchen operator — someone who runs a tight, disciplined, high-performance BOH.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Run a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Control food cost, inventory, and waste
- Deliver consistent, high-quality food
- Lead, train, and hold your team accountable
- Maintain clean, inspection-ready standards
- Execute systems for speed + efficiency
WHO YOU ARE
- Current Kitchen Manager / Chef / Sous Chef
- Experience in high-volume restaurants (Chipotle, Panera, QSR, fast casual)
- Strong with food cost + systems
- Organized, disciplined, detail-driven
- A leader — not just a cook
