We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant (HHA/CNA) to provide exceptional personal care and support to clients in various settings, including private residences, clinics, and community facilities. Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support for clients of all ages.
- Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being for clients across diverse settings.
- Support clients with light housekeeping tasks, errand running, and transportation to appointments or social activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, including client progress notes and incident reports.
- Collaborate with family members, healthcare teams, and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive client care plans are followed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, infection control protocols, and confidentiality regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Valid HHA or CNA certification recognized by relevant licensing authorities.
- Prior experience providing personal care to adults, elderly individuals, or adolescents in private residences or clinical environments.
- Demonstrated ability to assist with personal grooming, mobility, and basic health monitoring.
- Experience working in diverse settings such as salons, spas, hotels, office buildings, or clinics is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in appointment scheduling and managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Reliable personal transportation assistance capabilities for client errands or appointments.
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach toward client care; bilingual abilities are a plus.
