Position Responsibilities:
- Basic computer, office, phone and clerical knowledge.
- Ability to manage several employees.
- Operate fork truck/hi-lo and bucket loaders to load customer trucks and unloading incoming products.
- Inspect all incoming and outgoing loads.
- Bagging products and associated tasks that coincide with handling and stacking heavy bags.
- Work independently and as a team member while being self-motivated and self-directed.
- Train new employees.
- Make independent decisions using sound judgement.
- Remain flexible in a quickly changing environment.
- Accurately complete and maintain assigned logs and documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with coworkers.
- Maintain a clean, neat and organized workspace.
- Maintain and accurately document monthly product inventory.
- General housekeeping of warehouse and grounds. Clean shared areas, bathroom included, twice weekly, and as necessary in between.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic computer skills.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, apply range of motion within hands and fingers. The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
