Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and patient-focused Patient Experience Supervisor to oversee and enhance the daily workflow of our medspa. This role works closely with the Practice Administrator to ensure seamless operations, from the first patient interaction to post-treatment follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating outstanding patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Practice Administrator to manage daily office operations and patient flow.
- Supervise and working with front desk staff and patient coordinators, ensuring efficient scheduling and patient communications.
- Oversee the patient treatment journey, from consultations to follow-ups, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage and track patient treatment plans, ensuring timely follow-ups and adherence to protocols.
- Facilitate the closing of treatment plans and cost estimates provided to patients.
- Ensure consistent documentation of before-and-after photos for all applicable treatments.
- Support marketing efforts by coordinating website updates, patient testimonials, and visual content.
- Generate and analyze reports related to patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Handle patient concerns professionally, ensuring quick resolution and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a medspa or clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of patient care workflows and treatment plan coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of medical aesthetics treatments and terminology.
- Experience with website content management and marketing coordination.
- Background in sales or patient consultation processes is a plus.
