Field Sales Representative — Masco Pros (McKinney, TX)
Masco Pros is a growing painting and gutter company in McKinney, TX, known for premium Sherwin-Williams products and year-round service. We're looking for a driven Outside Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and help homeowners across the DFW area find the right solutions for exterior painting, interior painting, gutters, and more.
What You'll Do
- Generate and follow up on leads through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals
- Meet with homeowners on-site to assess projects and deliver accurate estimates
- Present and sell our full range of services: exterior/interior painting, gutters, cabinet painting, epoxy garage floors, deck and pergola staining, drywall repair, and more
- Build long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and real estate partners
- Track pipeline, follow up on proposals, and close deals
- Represent the Masco Pros brand professionally in the field
What We're Looking For
- Proven outside sales experience (home services, construction, or contracting a plus)
- Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to read a room, close a deal, and hustle for new business
Compensation
- 25% commission — uncapped
