Livingston Public Schools is accepting applications for a full-time Instructional Aide position at Mt. Pleasant Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year.
We are seeking a caring, flexible, and dependable individual to support students and staff in fostering a positive and productive learning environment. Responsibilities may include providing one-to-one support, assisting small groups, helping students access the curriculum, reinforcing teacher-directed instruction, promoting student engagement, and supporting students' academic, social-emotional, and behavioral growth.
The ideal candidate works collaboratively as part of a team, builds positive relationships with students, demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, and is committed to supporting student success. Experience working with students with diverse learning needs is preferred, but not required.
A bachelor's degree is preferred; however, candidates who have completed at least 60 college credits will also be considered.
Salary will be determined in accordance with the Livingston Education Association (LEA) Agreement, which is available on the district website. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and prescription coverage, tuition reimbursement, and sick and personal leave benefits.
