Micronova Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our growing operations team. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers while working closely with internal teams including Sales, Production, Shipping, and Technical Support to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

What You’ll Do
- Process customer purchase orders received via email and EDI with accuracy and efficiency
- Enter and maintain customer and order information within ERP systems
- Respond to customer inquiries related to product availability, order status, shipping updates, returns, and general support
- Coordinate with Shipping and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Production, and distributors to support customer needs
- Assist with shipment tracking, lead time updates, and open order reporting
- Support the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) process
- Answer incoming calls and assist visitors as needed
- Maintain accurate records and uphold quality standards in accordance with Micronova’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service, administrative support, or order processing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems for order entry, invoicing, or shipment tracking
- Experience working with EDI systems
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Familiarity with Global Shop Solutions (GSS)
- Experience with Redwave Connect
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards
Work Environment
This is a full-time, office-based position in Texas. The role involves extended computer use, phone communication, and occasional light lifting (up to 15 lbs.).
