Our partnering facility is seeking a qualified Contract Recruiter to join their Clinical Services Group (CSG) Team based in Nashville, Tennessee.
Must have reliable transportation to attend onsite events within the local region. Must reside in the Nashville, Tennessee area.
Responsibilities:
The Contract Recruiter is responsible for sourcing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division. The Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team, as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Sourcing/ Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the manager. The Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding process, credentialing and community offerings.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 3+ years proven track record of success in HIGH-VOLUME, sales/production sourcing/ recruiting environment in hospital healthcare - sourcing/ recruiting for Medical Assistants, Office roles, Registered Nurses, etcetera - EXPERIENCE MANAGING 100 - 120 REQUISITIONS ONGOING AT A TIME - SUPPORTING MULTIPLE LEADERS
- Experience with ATS/ CMS systems
- Experience recruiting for Medical Assistants, Office Roles Registered Nurses, etcetera
- Critical thinking capabilities
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities- REQUIRES GREAT ORGANIZATION SKILLS
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel - TECHNOLOGICALLY SAVVY
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a FAST-PACE, HIGH-VOLUME environment
- Productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities
- A smart “go getter” aptitude who embraces continuous change
