Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and detail-oriented Collision Repair Planner (Estimator) to join our team. This role plays a critical part in the success of the shop by developing accurate repair plans, coordinating with technicians and insurance partners, and helping ensure vehicles move efficiently through the repair process from estimate to completion.
Duties
- Work directly with technicians to blueprint each vehicle entering production
- Write repair plans based on OEM procedures
- Clearly communicate repair updates to collision repair advisors
- Assist with insurance claim processing and adjuster coordination
- Manage workflow for all vehicles in-process
Qualifications
- Current PA Estimator License required
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-driven, motivated, and eager to grow
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
