Rapid Temps needs CNAs for Fulton state Medical Center. This is an inital 13 week contract with the option to extend. Services to be Performed · Provide basic nursing care and support (VS, hygiene, ambulation, transfers) · Documentation of patient location, status, activities · Escort patients as needed within and occasionally outside the hospital · Assist in keeping patient common areas clean · Contributes to patient/staff safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations · Initiates corrective action as appropriate · Contributes to continuity of care by effectively communicating changes in patients’ conditions · Complies with FSH infection prevention and control policies and procedures · Demonstrates procedural competencies for assigned tasks · Complies with all FSH/DMH policies and procedures · Other duties as assigned
Hourly rate: $32/hr
Scheduling CNAs will be scheduled to work four 12-hour shifts per week, either day shift (6:45 am – 7:15 pm) or night shift (6:45 pm – 7:15 am). This may include weekend and holiday coverage.Emergency Services NoStart Date August 1 , 2026 or until filled.
Overtime – Any hours worked over 40 in a one-week period (Sunday – Saturday) will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the hourly rate. Clearance/Background Check/ID Badge Process – Vendor will be required to provide records verifying background checks for each individual submitted. Personnel will be required to attend a five consecutive week session of New Employee Orientation to be paid at the quoted rate. Hours of training are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. No absences are allowed during this training period.
