Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will independently manage family law cases, represent clients in court, and provide strategic legal guidance from consultation through trial. Key Responsibilities
- Handle family law matters from initial consultation through trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and other court documents.
- Provide legal advice and case strategy to clients.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Manage an independent caseload while collaborating with attorneys and staff.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case documentation.
Qualifications
- Licensed Attorney in the State of New Jersey (Required).
- Minimum 3+ years of Family Law experience.
- Ability to independently manage a caseload.
- Trial and courtroom experience preferred.
- Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Existing book of business is a plus but not required.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
