Your Daily Impact
- Direct Patient Care: Implement and progress therapeutic exercise programs as directed by the clinical plan of care.
- Patient Motivation: Build strong relationships with our North Side neighbors, keeping them engaged and on track with their recovery.
- Documentation: basic computer knowledge and data entry is must .
- Maintain accurate, timely daily notes to ensure seamless communication across the team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
