We are partnering with Outdoor Makeover & Living Spaces, a well-established, high-end residential backyard design-build firm in the Atlanta market that is experiencing strong growth and generating a high volume of inbound leads. They are seeking a Client Concierge & Sales Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact and help convert that demand into scheduled consultations.
If you naturally take ownership of conversations, move with urgency, and enjoy the satisfaction of converting interest into action, you’ll do well here. An interest in home design, outdoor living, or creating beautiful spaces is a plus – but success in this role comes down to consistency, communication, and follow-through.

The Opportunity
This is not a passive admin role. You are the front line of the business – responsible for managing inbound interest and ensuring every potential client is handled quickly, professionally, and effectively.
You’ll work within a high-volume environment where speed, communication, and follow-through are critical to success.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to all inbound calls, web leads, and inquiries quickly and professionally
- Qualify leads based on project scope, location, and budget
- Schedule consultations for the sales/design team
- Follow up consistently with warm and unresponsive leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity within the CRM system
- Coordinate closely with sales and marketing to keep the pipeline moving
- Ensure every lead has a clear next step and is actively managed
