Eye Surgery Center of Wisconsin has an exceptional opportunity for a Full-Time RN OR Circulator to join our surgical team.
Candidates for this position must possess:
- Commitment to excellent patient care
- Strong clinical skills and judgment
- Operating Room experience required
- Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Current Wisconsin RN license
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct patient care in the operating room
- Organize time, equipment, supplies, and personnel to ensure efficient case management
- Address patient needs throughout the perioperative process with attention to ASC standards
- Provide nursing care related to the patient's surgical procedure and anesthesia requirements
- Ensure adherence to accepted standards of practice, sterile technique, and patient safety
- Assist with inventory management of supplies, medications, and equipment
