NieCat Foundation of Excellence, Inc. is growing our therapy team to support NieCat Blessings Academy, a preschool and therapeutic center exclusively for 3- and 4-year-olds with unique abilities. Until the Academy opens, you’ll provide in-home occupational therapy services to families in our service area. Recent graduates are welcome to apply. Your TRansition from home care to the Academy will be supported.

NieCat Foundation of Excellence oversees all therapy operations for NieCat Blessings Academy. We offer speech, occupational therapy, and physical therapy, so families get coordinated care. Our model integrates education + therapy to reduce parent stress and help young children thrive. We serve the Miami area.
The Role
- Provide in-home, play-based pediatric occupational therapy for infants to 5 -year-olds (fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, regulation, caregiver coaching).
- Deliver evidence-based interventions.
- Document sessions and progress notes in a timely manner (HIPAA-compliant).
- Help monitor and document patient progress according to established care plans.
- Upon Academy opening, transition to delivering services on-site during the school day.
Qualifications
- Active Florida OT license (or license-eligible with test date scheduled).
- Pediatric fieldwork or experience (clinic, school, EI, or home-based).
- Reliable transportation for home visits; comfortable traveling locally.
- Level 2 background screening, current CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
- Professional liability insurance (1099).
- NPI/CAQH profile; Medicaid/private insurance credentialing experience.
- Familiar with parent coaching and routines-based interventions.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to occupational therapy.
- Ability to follow care plans effectively.
