Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, providing accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Manage reservations efficiently through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction
- Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues with customer service problem-solving skills, and maintain positive guest relations
- Uphold hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times
- Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization, ensuring a professional appearance
- Support night audit processes when scheduled, verifying daily transactions and balancing accounts
Requirements
* PART-TIME FOR MONDAY MORNING 8:00AM TO 4:00PM ONLY.
* Must SPEAK FLUENT MANDARIN AND ENGLISH.
* EXCELLENT COMPUTER SKILLS.
* OUTGOING, EFFICIENT, EXCELS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on excellent phone etiquette and client communication
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in resort settings or hotel management is advantageous but not mandatory
