Position Summary
The Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A – eGaming will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making for Arrow’s rapidly growing electronic gaming business.
This position will partner closely with FP&A, Accounting, Finance leadership, Operations, and Sales to deliver financial insights, improve reporting capabilities, and support key business initiatives. This is a strong opportunity for an analytical and motivated finance professional to gain exposure to executive leadership, private equity ownership, M&A integration, and a fast-paced, growth-oriented business.
This position reports to the Manager, FP&A – eGaming.
Primary Responsibilities

Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly performance reporting for the eGaming business.

Conduct financial analysis and explain variances against budget, forecast, and prior year performance.

Prepare weekly and monthly reporting packages for internal leadership and external ownership groups.

Support the development and tracking of KPIs, operational metrics, ROI analysis, and business performance reporting.

Assist with integrating acquired businesses, financials, and KPIs into existing reporting and planning processes.

Participate in the preparation of executive presentations and financial reviews for senior leadership and private equity partners.

Partner closely with FP&A, Accounting, Finance leadership, Operations, and Sales to support planning and business initiatives.

Develop ROI and payback analyses for capital investments, pricing strategies, commission programs, and other business initiatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, data accuracy, and informed decision-making.

Support ad hoc financial analysis and business projects as new opportunities and challenges arise.

Communicate financial insights clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Support projects focused on improving financial systems, reporting processes, and operational procedures.

Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve data visibility, and enhance analytical capabilities.

Use financial and operational data to provide meaningful insights that support business growth and scalability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role.

Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.

Advanced Excel skills required.

Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, OneStream, SAP, AI-enabled tools, or similar systems preferred.

Manufacturing experience preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.

Ability to quickly learn the business and apply financial concepts to real business decisions.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Sales.

Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement, process improvement, and reporting efficiency.
