Compensation:
$20 - $32 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Perform residential and commercial cleaning services efficiently and thoroughly

Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all assigned areas

Clean kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and other designated spaces

Follow company cleaning checklists and standards

Ensure supplies and equipment are properly maintained and sanitized between jobs

Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled jobs

Report any maintenance issues, damages, or client concerns
-
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in clients’ homes and businesses

Assist with training and supporting new hires as needed
Qualifications:-
Reliable transportation required

Ability to store and transport cleaning supplies in your vehicle
-
Previous residential and/or commercial cleaning experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Ability to follow instructions and maintain high cleaning standards

Strong communication and customer service skills

Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the day

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Availability Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
