Responsibilities:
Service & Technical Work
- Perform maintenance and repair on commercial and light industrial plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and effectively.
- Operate specialized equipment, including drain cameras, drain machines, and jetters.
- Install, maintain, and service fixtures and piping in accordance with codes and specifications.
- Conduct inspections and provide solutions that prevent future problems.
Customer & Team Collaboration
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, project managers, and teammates.
- Deliver solutions that reflect frēijē’s commitment to long-term partnerships and quality service.
- Participate in on-call rotations as assigned.
- Collaborate with other trades to ensure seamless project completion.
Safety & Work Environment
- Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work in various weather conditions and environments, including crawlspaces, attics, and elevated spaces.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
- Must pass background and drug screenings.
- 5+ years of commercial and/or light industrial plumbing experience.
- Skilled with drain cameras, drain machines, and jetter equipment.
- Backflow certification preferred but not required.
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and take on-call shifts.
