- Assisting various trade crews on-site (carpentry, concrete, etc.)
- Performing general construction tasks such as site cleanup and material handling
- Operating basic tools and equipment safely
- Supporting overall jobsite organization and safety efforts
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in outdoor environments
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
