Where Great Teachers Grow
Are you an experienced early childhood educator who wants to feel valued, supported, and excited to come to work each day?
ABC Academy is looking for a warm, dependable, and experienced Pre-K Teacher to join our Milton team. This is an opportunity to lead a classroom, build meaningful relationships with children and families, and help prepare young learners for kindergarten through a positive, play-based, and nature-rich learning environment. Our program values hands-on exploration, outdoor learning, and meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, independence, creativity, and a lasting connection to the natural world.
We are looking for an educator who understands that great Pre-K teaching is about more than completing activities. It is about creating a classroom where children feel safe, loved, challenged, and excited to learn.
