About Us:
TK’s Gourmet Seafood Products is a growing food manufacturer specializing in premium seafood pies, bisques, gumbos, and other Gulf Coast favorites. We’re looking for a reliable Food Production Specialist to ensure safe, consistent, high-quality production as we expand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and participate in daily food production
- Follow standardized recipes and production procedures
- Oversee ingredient prep, cooking, and packaging
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards (HACCP/GMP)
- Assist with quality checks and production documentation
- Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or commercial food prep a plus
- Solid understanding of food safety practices and standards
- Detail-oriented and hands-on work ethic
- Seafood experience is a plus
