We are seeking a dedicated Kennel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and possess strong animal care skills. This role involves providing essential care and support to the animals in our facility.
Duties:
- Feed, water, and monitor the well-being of animals in the kennel
- Clean kennels, cages, and animal living areas
- Taking dogs out to exercise
- Administer medications as directed
- Assist with grooming tasks such as bathing and brushing
- Interact with animals to provide socialization and enrichment
- Maintain accurate records of animal care and behavior
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of basic animal care practices
- Strong customer service skills when interacting with pet owners
- Ability to work well in a team environment and alone.
