Manage and grow national key accounts in the US white goods sector with a clear sales strategy for each partner

Coordinate and implement marketing activities such as promotions and product launches in collaboration with HQ and local teams

Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth across existing and new markets

Maintain close relationships with key decision-makers and stay tuned into customer needs

Translate market needs into technical product development feedback for our engineering teams

Represent Hettich at major trade fairs and industry events to strengthen our market position

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure we stay ahead of the curve

Take ownership of sales targets, margin development and inventory planning

Ensure consistent, high-quality brand representation across all touchpoints

Act with entrepreneurial mindset, balancing customer satisfaction with fiscal responsibility
Your Profile
You’re self-motivated, solution-oriented and love building strong relationships – not just with customers, but also across cultures and time zones. As the link between our US market and Germany-based leadership team, you know how to translate technical and strategic input into real progress.
You bring a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business and at least three years of experience in outside sales or key account management – ideally in the white goods, technical, or industrial sectors. You understand the dynamics of major appliance manufacturers and know how to turn market trends into product potential.
You’re confident presenting to key decision-makers, skilled in leading multinational projects, and comfortable navigating engineering, marketing and manufacturing environments. With excellent communication and organizational skills, you turn complex customer needs into clear, actionable solutions.
You’re tech-savvy, fluent in MS Office and ideally familiar with SAP and Salesforce. You hold a valid driver’s license and are ready for overnight travel across North America – including international trips as well.
Our Offer
You’ll be part of a focused two-person White Goods team in the U.S., where each team member manages their own key accounts with plenty of autonomy – but never in isolation. Collaboration is key: you’ll work closely with marketing, U.S.-based customer service, and our colleagues in Germany, including a second customer service team and your leadership contacts. It's a role that combines independence with connection – ideal for someone who thrives in both.
