We're Hiring 2–3 Inside Sales Reps — Immediately
Union Credit Corporation is growing fast. We're expanding our Orange County sales floor and adding to our team of 12 inside sales professionals — with plans to triple that number over the next few years. If you're early in your sales career or looking to break into finance, this is a ground-floor opportunity with a clear path to leadership.
What You'll Actually Do
Your day consists of calling small business owners across all 50 states who need financing for equipment — trucks, trailers, construction equipment, etc. No knocking on doors, no travel, just phone/email outreach and closing deals from your desk.
Here's what a typical day looks like:
- Make a minimum 75 outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers using highly targeted lead lists we provide
- Walk qualified prospects through a simple, streamlined application process
- Shepherd deals from application to funding — some close same-day
- Track all activity and notes in our CRM

Who We're Looking For

- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person from scratch

Pay: $55,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year
