We’re looking for a driven, business-minded Acquisition Specialist who will start as a Setter — qualifying and scheduling leads — and quickly transition into a Closer, presenting deals and leading acquisition conversations.
What You’ll Do Phase 1: Setter Responsibilities
- Contact inbound and outbound leads to qualify interest, capital readiness, and fit.
- Book meetings with Acquisition Closers for qualified prospects.
- Maintain CRM pipeline (HubSpot) and execute consistent follow-up sequences.
- Collaborate with the marketing and media teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion.
Phase 2: Closer Responsibilities (After performance review / proven setter metrics)
- Conduct strategy calls with qualified investors or capital partners.
- Present available online business acquisition opportunities, walking clients through revenue, profit, and growth metrics.
- Negotiate deal terms, address objections, and close transactions.
- Coordinate post-close handoff between operations, onboarding, and fulfillment teams.
- Continuously refine your sales approach and deal knowledge.
Ongoing Tasks
- Attend weekly marketing and deal review meetings.
- Research new deal categories and online business trends.
- Collaborate with other specialists, operators, and analysts across the portfolio.
- Track personal performance metrics and continually optimize outreach efficiency.
Compensation
- Commission-Only Position.
- High-ticket structure with commissions ranging from $2,000–$25,000+ per closed deal, depending on the acquisition size.
- Consistent closings occur every month, and motivated closers regularly earn six figures annually.
- No income cap — performance directly drives earnings.

- Experience in sales, business development, or investment-based sales (preferred).
- Confidence on calls — excellent communication and objection-handling skills.
- Financial understanding: able to discuss ROI, profit margins, and valuations.
