We are currently seeking a highly motivated and sales oriented person to join our Leasing team! We have locations in Mason, Loveland, and Lebanon.
Our Leasing Consultants provide an unparalleled customer service experience to all who enter our community. As the initial contact for prospects and residents, our consultants are friendly and professional individuals who greet, assist, and lease to our customers. This is accomplished through excellent customer service skills, a professional appearance, and a positive, energetic attitude. Some responsibilities include:
- Taking prospective residents on tours of the community and securing a lease
- Processing paperwork for application process
- Utilizing Guest Cards and other company forms appropriately
- Retaining knowledge of company policies and able to effectively put them into practice
- Following up on traffic leads and setting up appointments for tours
- Perform administrative duties, such as filing, answering phones, rent collection, marketing advertisements and others as assigned. Responsible for proper maintenance of resident and property files.
Individual will also have skills such as:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to efficiently use office equipment and software
- Possess great attention to detail
- Ability to use sales and closing techniques to maintain high closing ratio for leases and applications
Individuals must meet following requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- No Felonies
- Able to work weekends (Will have Sundays off and 1 off day during the week)
