Legrand's Roofing & Construction is seeking motivated, outgoing, and energetic individuals to join our team as Roofing Canvassers. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with homeowners, working outdoors, and earning money based on performance. As a Roofing Canvasser, you will be responsible for distributing door hangers, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for our roofing sales team.
No roofing experience is required—we provide training. If you're dependable, self-motivated, and enjoy talking with people, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Distribute door hangers in designated neighborhoods and target areas.
- Engage with homeowners and introduce our roofing services.
- Generate qualified leads for roof inspections and roofing projects.
- Schedule appointments for homeowners interested in meeting with our roofing specialists.
- Accurately record lead and appointment information.
- Represent the company professionally and positively in the community.
- Meet daily and weekly activity goals.
Compensation
- Paid for every door hanger distributed (verified by assigned routes and tracking).
- Paid for every qualified lead generated.
- Paid for every appointment scheduled and confirmed.
- Additional bonuses may be available for appointments that result in signed contracts.
