Grace House is a 17 bed long term care facility located in Windham, NH. We are looking for a Full Time or Part Time Co-Director to help manage our facility. We are a small, home-like environment and strive to provide top care for our residents by ensuring great staff to resident ratios.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to maintaining the day to day duties of Grace House of Windham. Some responsibilities include maintaining proper documentation of resident charts, communicating with family members of residents, communicating with doctors and other health care professionals, passing medications, managing staff, hiring, filling in for any open shifts when call outs occur.
Qualifications
-LPN or RN required
-Experience in assisted living, nursing home, and/or hospice care preferred
-Management experience required.
