Drybar focuses on one thing and does it best — blowouts. We’re seeking a confident Salon Client Relations Manager to lead daily operations, elevate the guest experience, and inspire the front desk team.
Hiring for Schedule: Mon 7am-3pm, Tues 7am-3pm, Wed OFF, Thurs OFF, Fri 11am-7pm, Sat 7am-3pm, Sun 9am-5pm
Lead front desk operations and ensure exceptional client service

Support and coach team members

Manage supplies and product organization

Drive membership and retail sales

Coordinate group events and social media content

Open and close the salon as a key holder

$15–$18/hr based on experience and performance

21+ and eligible to serve as ABC Manager (Virginia requirement)
