Position: Accounts Payable Clerk/Admin assistant
Pay: $21-$23/hr
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized AP Clerk/Admin assistant to join our small team. In this role, you will work closely with the owner and controller, assisting in various accounting and admin duties to support multiple restaurant operations. MUST HAVE at least 2 years of AP Accounting experience who is proficient in QuickBooks. HR experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting: Pay and enter bills weekly, COGS reporting, match bank transactions in Quickbooks for multiple companies, and payroll.
- Administrative Tasks: Cash runs, Strong organization and filing, Light marketing tasks etc.
- Hours: Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of accounting experience.
- Software Proficiency: QuickBooks proficiency is a must.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
