As an LCSW with Bridge 2 Success Group Home, you’ll play a vital role in providing comprehensive mental health services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical interviews to create individualized treatment plans.
- Delivering evidence-based psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.
- Providing specialized child and family counseling for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges.
- Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions focused on mental health counseling, crisis intervention, addiction counseling, PTSD care, and geriatric support.
- Managing case documentation within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, educators, and community agencies, to coordinate care plans.
- Participating in clinical research activities to support program development and quality improvement.
- Offering crisis management support during urgent mental health or behavioral emergencies.
- Staying up-to-date on medical terminology, ICD coding, CPT coding, and relevant mental health practices to ensure compliance and accuracy.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:

Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the respective state or region.
- At least 1 year of experience in psychotherapy modalities, including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Proven ability to work effectively with children with ASD, developmental disabilities, or special needs populations.
- Familiarity with EMR systems and a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health conditions such as PTSD, addiction disorders, Alzheimer’s disease, geriatrics, and psychopharmacology.
- Excellent communication skills for patient assessment, crisis intervention, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- The ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient care and confidentiality.
