We Care Residential, is looking for a dedicated and dependable Med Tech / Caregiver to join our team.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experienced Med Tech with strong caregiver background
✅ Familiarity with paper and electronic MAR systems
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✅ Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented — willing to help wherever needed
✅ Passion for working with seniors and maintaining a clean, safe environment
Daily Responsibilities:
- Administer medications accurately and document in MAR systems
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals, etc.)
- Help keep the facility clean, safe, and welcoming
- Work closely with other staff to ensure residents receive the best care possible
- Be willing to learn other areas when needed
Requirements:
- Med Tech experience required
- Dependability and attention to detail are a must
- Flexibility to cover shifts or assist in other roles when needed
