Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Granite Installer to oversee and execute the installation of premium granite surfaces in residential and remodeling projects. This dynamic role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate the installation team, ensure quality craftsmanship, and maintain safety standards on-site. As the Lead Granite Installer, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional results that enhance our clients’ spaces while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Your expertise in construction processes, blueprint reading, and various fabrication techniques will drive project success from start to finish.
Duties
- Lead and supervise installation team to ensure precise placement of granite , quartz, porcelain and other stone countertops and other surfaces according to project specifications and schematics
- Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely to cut, shape, and install granite materials with accuracy
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards, building codes, safety regulations, and client expectations
Qualifications
- Experience with installing quartz, granite, porcelain
- Knowledge and skill of miter edge
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly while maintaining safety standards
