Job Description:
Fastest Labs is seeking a reliable and professional On-Call Drug Testing Collector to join our growing team. This position is responsible for traveling to client locations to perform drug and alcohol testing services while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct urine drug screen collections according to company and client protocols.
- Perform DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing.
- Travel to customer locations throughout the Miami area as needed.
- Complete all required paperwork and electronic documentation accurately.
- Maintain chain-of-custody procedures and confidentiality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and donors.
- Ensure collection supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding testing schedules and client needs.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience in specimen collection, healthcare, medical assisting, or related field preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
